The end of the year is always a suitable occasion to thank customers and convey positive messages. In conjunction with the 4th anniversary, Co.op Smile has deployed the minigame “Pick up happiness” as part of the media campaign “Send positive things, bring happiness home”.

With over 10,000 attendees anticipated, “Operations” is my biggest concern in order to ensure service quality and make sure everything runs smoothly. Customers are thrilled by this, and the application functions flawlessly as a result.
